Middle School Sports Program

Valinda's Middle School Sports program provides students the opportunity to participate in sports and fitness programs outside of school hours.  Student athletes learn athletic skills, teamwork, discipline and school spirit, all the while maintaining a high level of academics.  These sports are administered in three seasons -- Fall, Winter and Spring.

  • Cross Country (boys and girls) 

Winter Sports

  • Basketball (boys and girls)
